Employee Resource Groups

At Cooper Standard, we welcome and encourage employees to get involved in our employee-led groups that help encourage an inclusive workplace. Employee Resource Groups offer a safe space for employees who share a common identity or interest and provides members with many enriching opportunities for professional and personal growth. Each group is also championed by one of our senior leaders.
