Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Strategy Specialist to join our team. This role will support the Sr. Director of Talent Strategy and Development in executing key talent initiatives and strategies for a global organization. The Talent Strategy Specialist will be responsible for talent acquisition operations, administration of our learning management system, vendor management, project management, and scheduling and coordination of training programs. This position is based in Northville, Michigan and is eligible to work from home with required flexibility to report into the office as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Management System Administration: Oversee the administration of our learning management system, ensuring seamless operation, learner experience, and user support.
- Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training programs, including logistics, materials, and communication with participants. Track learning metrics and generate usage and completion reports to share with leadership.
- Talent Operations: Support and streamline talent acquisition and talent development processes and systems to ensure efficient and effective hiring and training practices.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Project Management: Lead and support various projects related to talent strategy and development, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of work experience preferred in a related field
- Experience in talent acquisition or talent development, learning management systems or applicant tracking systems, vendor management, and project management
- Have a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies such as AI
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant software
