Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as a finance partner supporting Purchasing organization.
  • Execute month-end closing activities and support financial reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes for Purchasing results.
  • Participate in regular meetings with Finance and Purchasing teams to review performance and align on priorities.
  • Provide support to regional Purchasing Finance team members as needed.
  • Perform financial analyses and provide insights to help the Purchasing team achieve its financial objectives.
  • Engage in special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as assigned.
  • Utilize systems including SAP BI, Enterproj, CS Plan, SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting tools, files, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with, or willingness to learn, Power Query for performance reporting (not a must).
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with strong accountability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
