Essential Duties and Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE 
• Lead scrap reduction, efficiency and productivity improvement programs. 
• Deploy Lean tools including 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping. 
• Establish performance roadmaps and sustainable action plans. 
• Coach plant leadership teams and facilitate best-practice sharing. 
 
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT 
• Assess competency gaps and coordinate technical training plans. 
• Develop structured problem-solving capabilities. 
• Mentor technical resources and future operational leaders. 
 
INDUSTRIAL TRANSFERS 
• Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Finance activities. 
• Maintain detailed transfer plans, milestones and risk reviews. 
• Manage launch readiness, validation and production ramp-up activities. 
• Capture and deploy lessons learned. 
 
STRATEGIC PROJECTS 
• Support European manufacturing footprint optimization initiatives. 
• Lead special projects assigned by BU leadership.
