Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist, Quality Systems Management – Assoc to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the functionality and accuracy of our Supplier Quality Systems, specifically DMN and SPRS. Primary Responsibilities:
- Supplier Performance Site administration – Monitor and respond to all requests sent to the DMN Admin email account, relating to Quality claims, certificates, scorecards, user access and training or system issues.
- Create and/or update Sharepoint pages where needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new and/or improved systems and processes to enhance quality, delivery and cost effectiveness
- Facilitate new user account request for both internal and external users
- Support training and development initiatives for suppliers
- Troubleshoot access issues for account users
- Monitor VMR/SAP supplier list submissions for new or revised supplier accounts
- Work with Quality, SDE and Purchasing on Supplier Partnership awards
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver insights that support decision making processes
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred), Quality or Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or 2+ years of relevant experience in IT, Purchasing or Supply Chain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Advanced Excel skills (database management, pivot tables)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to global partners.
- Self starter with strong independent task management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in diverse or cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Must possess a valid passport with the ability to travel freely in North America, South America, European, and Asian regions
Work Environment/Work Conditions:
- Hybrid work
- Professional office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities or supplier locations as required.
- Adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the manufacturing floor.
- Training on equipment safety and injury prevention is mandatory.
