• Experience on general HR/Labor activities.
• Experience on payroll/ pre payroll activities.
• Experience entering data such as hires, terminations, changes, vacations benefits and payments.
• Labor Law knowledge.
• Work based on results and focus oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge on Word, Excel, Power Point and TRESS System.

Principal activities

• ​Attention to internal clients on different services through the center of attention to employees.
• Capture data of employees such as hires, terminations, resignations, changes, vacations, benefits and general consults.
• Attention will be remotely (email and call center)
• Provide general information (documents, letters, benefits, update data, any doubt HR related)
• Provide changes and updates on internal systems of HR
