DUTIES: Cooper Standard Automotive Inc. seeks a Lead Business Analyst – PP based out of our office at 1001 Carriers Drive, Laredo, TX 78045. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position requires international and domestic travel, as needed, up to 35%. Define user needs for the SAP Production Planning (PP) solution. Produce ‘as is’ process maps of current business practices through team interviews with process owners and users. Determine user requirements for configuration and presentation of the SAP PP solution. Translates and communicates the output of process mapping and user requirements to the technology team to determine the impact of requirements. Prepare detailed requirements definition documents, use-cases, test scripts, user training documentation, identifies security requirements, and train trainers. Propose implementation initiatives to the IT SAP Program leadership for review. Implement approved action items, including training and user satisfaction. Monitor solution metrics and developing continuous improvement initiatives for the solution. Support the end user and development team with enhancements as well as continuous maintenance for the end user solutions. Launch MM/PP/WM SAP modules in Cooper Standard's plants located in Mexico, Costa Rica, South Korea, United States, and Canada. Perform business analysis and gap analysis by visiting the manufacturing sites and learning about their current processes. Help the plants cleanse their data and prepare it for loading to SAP, then test the data integrity once it's been loaded to SAP. Provide training to key users and end users on how to use the system. Perform system cutover activities to ensure its readiness for launch. Perform functional integration testing to ensure all transactions and processes work as expected. Help users in testing the data and functional integrity of the system before launch. Define requirements for configuration and development of new transactions and improvements for existing transactions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics Management or degree related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related. Experience must include: Experience with SAP functionality and data integration points; Experience in SAP implementation; Experience with demonstrated project management skills (PMP); Experience with electronic Data Interchange functionality (Customer requirements forecasts, Advanced Shipment Notifications, etc.); and Experience with SAP PP.

OTHER: International and domestic travel, as needed, up to 35%.
